My closet Monday: {Holiday Party}

Do you have a holiday party coming up this week?
or the next? or the next?
Chances are, you have a few.
AND... How many of you have a dress hanging in your closet that you wouldn’t dare bring out until you’ve got your bronzed summer glow or until the temperatures are bearable again?
It’s more than likely that we all do...
Well, here is a quick tip to putting that dress to good use this holiday season.
All you have to do is add a pair of tights, some wintery holiday heels, a glamorous item of jewelry and voilà you’re ready to walk out the door to your next holiday party.
For this cocktail dress, I chose opaque black tights and black embellished heels to keep the look simple. I didn’t wan’t to take away from the ruffles and sash.
I also chose to finish off the look with a glittery bracelet and large chandelier earrings.
When earrings are big enough, a necklace isn’t necessary.
Because, in the words of Coco Chanel,
“Before you leave the house, look in the mirror and remove one accessory.”
Happy Monday everyone!
